Compact structure, real ownership.

Concedus is built as a compact, accountable structure. Everyone has visible ownership of their domain. No layers between what you build and what supervisors review. This means scope and trust — and the discipline that goes with both.

Regulated seriousness.

We operate under BaFin supervision. That shapes how we work: documented procedures, audit trails, deliberate release cadence. It isn't bureaucracy — it's craft. The work suits people who see regulatory rigor as a quality to build with, not an obstacle to work around.

Nuremberg base, partial remote.

Core team is based in Nuremberg, Germany. Partial remote work is standard, fully remote is case-by-case. We believe in time together for significant decisions — and time apart for deep work.

German + English, every day.

Internal German, external English. The regulatory register is German; international client work is English. Comfortable in both is the default expectation for most roles.

We review every application personally. Short notes and considered cover letters carry weight; we prioritize applications that show genuine engagement with what Concedus does.

30–45 minute call with one or two founders. Understanding your background, your motivation, and whether the fit is mutual.

Deep dive

Structured conversation with the broader team. Technical roles: work-sample review or pair session. Commercial/regulatory roles: scenario discussion.

Decision & offer

Clear decision, written offer, defined start date. We aim for integrity in timing — no drawn-out silences.

Total timeline: 4–6 weeks from application to signed offer, in most cases.
