Terms of use

Governing the use of this website and engagement with Concedus GmbH.

Last updated: 13 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the Concedus website (www.concedus.com) and any informal interactions arising from it. They do not, on their own, create or replace the contractual frameworks under which Concedus delivers regulated services to its clients — those are documented separately.

1. Scope of application

These terms apply to all visitors of this website. Use of any specific Concedus service (e.g., as a tied agent, issuer, fund distribution partner, or capital-markets-access client) is additionally governed by the formal agreement signed for that service.

2. Nature of this website — informational purposes only

This website is informational. It describes our regulated services, license perimeter, and ecosystem. It is not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to enter into any financial transaction.

3. Contractual relationships — not established via this site

No contractual relationship is established by visiting this site, submitting a contact form, or any informal communication. A binding engagement with Concedus requires a signed written agreement.

4. No investment advice or individual recommendations on this site

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice (within the meaning of § 2(2) Nr. 4 WpIG), tax advice, or legal advice. Investment advice, where in scope, is provided exclusively within a contracted advisory relationship, after suitability assessment under § 64 WpHG.

5. Use of logos and partner references

Client and partner logos shown on this website are used with the relevant party's permission, in line with the public-disclosure agreements in place. Where a logo or name has not been cleared, we display a non-identifying placeholder or omit the reference entirely.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, source code, the Concedus name and mark, and the visual identity — is owned by CONCEDUS GmbH or used under license. Use beyond personal, non-commercial review requires written consent.

7. Link policy

Links to external websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or operation of external sites. See the Disclaimer for the detailed liability framework.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Concedus is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, except where caused by intent or gross negligence. For the statutory framework, see Disclaimer (§§ 7–10 TMG).

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Nuremberg, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Amendments

We may revise these terms when our website or services change. The current version is always available at this URL.

11. Contact
